    Cannot see domain computers thru wireless

    Hi Data4! Have u been able to fix ur problem? I have the same problem.. at least related... I just can't manage to geta Win XP Pro laptop to logon to the domain. I added the computer to the domain... but when logging on.. it says that the domain is unavailable. Thanks. Mohit

    You can try making them a member of the local Power Users group... The PU group is much safer...

    Can you ping any other computers? Guess not... Blatantly obvious would be to right click on the network connection and click on enable!! And of course you could have the drivers not configured properly... One more thing you can try is Install the NetBEUI protocol... if by any chance it isn't...

    Check this link out... http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=237677 Solved all my problems.... Uses LDIFDE (a command prompt utility from MS)... You can actually select which all attributes you want to save in the file... you can set filters as to which type of AD objects you want to save... etc.
