    Tried Last Known Configuration and was able to start it back up again but it keeps locking up on me. I'll start another thread. Thanks for the help!

    My machine locked up as I was typing a Word doc. I powered it down then back up and now Win2k won't start up. I powered it down again and tried to login in safe mode but it still wouldn't start up, it stops (or locks) midway thru. I'm thinking of using the Recovery Console but I'm not sure how...
