Like TheOldMan346 said, browsers have a lot to do with it. IE and Netscape clash spectacularily. If you do something in IE, chances are it'll flop when viewed on Netscape. Settings can also cause problems, along with screen size and screen resolution. What's the address of the site, maybe I can...
I had that problem too, but I got it to stop by simply reinstalling IE6. I'm running Windows 98, so that might not help you, but it would be worth a try. Certainly better than trudging through Microsoft's so called "technical support."
