ive had the thisd problem on 2000 clients, Ive found that adding File and Print sharing to the network config, then removing and reinstalling the client works. Just removing and reinstalling doesnt seem to help. J

I've had a similar experience and discovered a solution totally by accident on 2000 workstations. We had a PC that needed printer sharing enabled and had SMS client problems. Once we enabled File and Print sharing the client completed its install and was fully functional in SMS. I think...

Just a thought, but we have had alot of problems with MS Office and Dr Watson errors on NT4 machines. We found oddly enough that the problem only occurs on one profile. We removed the offending profile and set it up again and miraculously the problem went away. No ammount of reinstalls helped...

If you use "Subselected Values" in the criterion type of the criteria setup window you can select a query and use "is in" or "Is not in" as an operator. Ive found that it's best to keep the original query as simple as possible. hope this helps :)
