No, event viewer is not very helpful. It just shows the same error message as above. I have one event saying it's starting to move the mailbox which is just an info message, then the error message above.

Thanks mate...That worked...In case anyone else has this in future...When you create the user in the admin tool, it will fail...So you need to follow the instructions in the directory of C:\Program Files\CA\BrightStor ARCserve Backup Agent for Exchange\DBAEXCUserSummary.log
