Another option is NT KEY. This will change the administrator password to a predefined password and then you can logon easily.

Web jet Admin really is not good.
I prefer the older Jet Admin version 2.5 to 3.0. Even 3.4 is bad since it appears to flood the network with its broadcasts.
I have an NT4 server which does this at random intervals. It was totally stable for 2 years, then began freezing about 5 months ago - it has kocked up about 5 times now. There is no blue screen, just a freeze.
I have replaced the NIC (upgraded to Gigabit while I was at it) but no change...
