    Normally I just unplug the systems and relocate them. Is there a procedure I should be using,as far as backing up the systems I have the remote tools just never used it.

    I have a MICS 6.0 and I am trying to program redirection. The telephone I am trying to setup has 1 target line assigned as ring only, 2 I/C, Prime line I/C,Line Pool PRI-A. I have allowed redirection in set capabilities and I am try to program the feature 84 on the set. Can anyone help. Please.

    8-Port Nam

    The AA picks up some of the time. They give out 1 main number and all patients call that. I just called the main line and was able to get the AA to handle up to 4 calls at the same time but on the 5th attempt it picked me up then dropped me in a couple of seconds without any audio. Thanks

    I have a customer with a straight T1 and a block of 40 2-way DIDS. I am only able to assign 23 trunks to the MICS due to the T1 not being a PRI. Am I programming this correctly? Or did the customer order the wrong T1?
