I downloaded this Service Pack no problem, but when I went to open it there was an error message "xpsp1_en_x86.exe is not a valid win32 application". How do I get this thing to run and install on my computer or network share since I cannot event get it to open?

I added the user and gave the modify permission to the virus folder as recommended and this seems to have done the trick. Thanks a bunch I will go and download the service pack though.

I am running XPP Desktop operating system, XPP Office Suite with Publisher 2000. Whenever I try to import graphic files to a publisher document, I keep getting Publisher Not Responding. I have to end Task and go back to it and try again and again. Does anyone have a fix to this? Thanks
