    Hardware Inventory and USB Devices

    Has anyone had success in gathering usb connected device information? We are primarily interested in scanner and printer information. I have searched for information on this but I cannot find any. Thanks for your help.

    smscfg.ini question

    I have SMS Advanced Clients installed, but I noticed on a number of machines this line in the SMSCFG.INI file: "Local SMS Path=C:\WINNT\MS\SMS". There are no files in the folders. Does the existance of this statement affect the operation of the SMS Advanced Client? Thanks.
