OK, here is the question. I was reading an article on Exchange 5.5 maintenance and the aurthor stated that is was a good idea to run eseutil and isinteg at least 4 times each year.

Not sure if you figured this out. There is a file called services (winnt\system32\drivers\etc\services).
Open this file and change the SMTP port to the port you want to change it to. Restart Exchange.
If you are trying to connect to an Exchange server on the LAN, I would try using the IP address rather than the host name. This eliminates any routing problems. I would also try the IMAP connection and see if you get the same problem.
That is just it, there is no error code. The error appears exactly as listed in the title. I copied and pasted it without making any changes.

I have been working on a few WIN 98SE machines that boot up to the Windows Logon Prompt, but the prompt is inactive. The users all complain because they cannot just type in their password, they have to remeber to click on the dialog box with the mouse and then type in the password...

I am running the ArcServ Client for NT and 2000 on a Win2K Member server and it seems like it causes the server to reboot every couple of nights. When I remove the backup portion being run on this machine, the reboots cease???? The only error in the event log says an unexpected shutdown...
