2 things: first look at your groups time-out setting
and second make sure you enable "disable keep alive" in your option drop down menu from the Nortel VPN client.
First of, you should use 4.65, but 4.15 is supposed to work. On the Nortel Contivity client software, in the "Option" tab then click on "Name server option" enter your settings there. It will defenitely fix your problem.
If you have the Nortel Contivity client, you need to go in the option tab and click on "Disable Keepalive" so it has a check mark beside it. What happens is that, a keep alive packet is sent every minute or so, and if your PC is busy doing something else the keep alive packet does not...

I have Sniffer Pro 4.5, and when I put on a 450, the ART (Application Response Time) works fine...I think it's because it's a layer 2 switch, but when I put it on the 8600 (Layer 3) everything else works fine but the ART....Any suggestion....
