Yes I am checking them under the computer manager, then unser the sahred folders. When I click on the open shares, it shows nothing, even though I know users have open files.
What do you think the problem is?

Hope you can help. I have an ISA server running on Windows 2000 Server with all the latest Service Packs. I am having a problem with open files under shared folders. When I click on Open Files to view who has what open, there is nothing in there. Anyone have any ideas?

When I access computer manager to see which user has what document open under open files, it does not show the users and what file is open. Has anyone else come across this problem? If so how did you manage to fix it?
IIS is running on Windows 2000 Pro
I have created scripts for users. When they log n the script runs from the server and maps the user a number of network drives. On occasions these drive do not seem to map. Has anyone any ideas?
