A question for you, have you tried connecting using the IP address for the server. The Terminal Services Client program allows you to connect to a Terminal Server either by Name or IP address and then connect as the Adminsitrator or TS user account.

After spending some time looking at your problem I think you are right, specifying which computers that person can logon to.... looks to be the only way to ensure a user doesn't logon more than once.

when you delete an account it usually takes the IID (Security Identifier with it). When you create a new account even calling it by the same name as the previous account, won't give it the same SID. In theory there shouldn't be anything obtained in the Regisstry, a Registry hack...

At the time it may have been a problem with the ISP end somewhere along hte line. The only other thing I can think of is your DNS settings, the best advice I can give you buddy is check everything and check again.
