    Currently Change DN's accepts the 9xxx numbers (infact thats normally how we move extensions), does this make a difference? We use 8 for outside access. Deleting/adding the MB's doesn't work - the system considers the 9xxx numbers invalid.

    All MB's used the 9xxx numbers until a power outage that outlasted the UPS (no software backup in house). Now all of them must use the default DN. The system is ICS 4.0 (Companions are MICS-XC).
