Network Connection Error with XP Proffessional - Urgent Please

NBTSTAT Conlifct and Standalone Domain Setup
Yes, DHCP is being issued correctly. However, periodically clients are unable to access network recources and intranet sites. I previously looked at this article and it does not provide much with regard to rectifying the conflict. How do I rectify the conflict. Thanks?- xavieb
