Again thanks for the reply few more questions... So If i want to swap ext 5805 and 5810 do I do this on both phones at the same time? If I do this on one extension first will it overwrite the other extensions details? Ian

Hi , We have the Norstar system installed and I've just been lumbered with the task of swapping two extensions. Has anyone done this before and if so can you tell my how I can do it.??? Thanks
