Thanks for this detailed explanation. I obviousely have a licensing-issue. Executing one of the above commands I get a "not accepted" "License not available".
Is there any other way I could transfer calls to an external destination when my extension is busy or I do not answer?
Need some help.
I want to enable call-diversion on my Dialogic-sets (MD110) in case of Busy and No Answer. When busy, the call should go to a specific external number, on No Answer to a different external number.
Does anyone know how to configure this?
Thanks!
To answer both questions at one time:
MD110: BC10.H/S0105
Country is Luxembourg, but I have no clue if this system has been setup in a country-specific way.
Hi!
This is what we installed onto the Definity in order to connect the Davox Dialler:
ASAI CORE RTU G3R
ASAI-PLUS G3R
RTU-CV MAPD SFTW
MAP D Call Center Platform
G1 Ship Loose
Call Classifier
Predictive Dialling Software
let me know if this helps.
The End of the story!
I finally managed to transmit the whole number to the net. The link is a public network and not a private one. To transmit the number I had actually only to truncate the first digit in the issue was solved.

THANKS TO ALL...
Dear all!

Thanks folks for your support on this.
Can you tell me (for my own knowledge) what the different settings mean?
I understood so far that
NUMTYP 10 Public Network
NUMTYP 11 Private Network
I use NUMTYP 2 in my initial NUTRI-command. What is the 2 for? Are there other possibilities?
what are the...
Thanks so far! I'll be patient until tomorrow and wait for your feedback! Just note that we have 3 digits on the private route (vs 4 on the public one).
27755xxx Private route
40142xxxx Public route
Concerning the NUTRI command, I used exactly the one you've sent to me and changed the NUMTYP to 11 (Private network)
NUTRI:ENTRY=1033,ROU=81,trc=1,CNVTYP=1,NUMTYP=11;
The route is connected to an AXE10 (I think) which is the switch of our second telecom provider.
Let me know if this helps or...
