If you can't print and it is giving you a message about printserver, then you need to apply all the updates/patches from the corel website www.corel.com/support/downloads otherwise just add printserver.exe to your startup

To helptek02 - I'm not 100% sure but I can think of two things. Either someone else is using the file (if you are on a network etc) or (I think this has happened to me a year or so ago) if you check the settings of WP10 and change it's filetype for saving to ver 6/7/8/9/10 then it might not...
