    I have changed the phones as well, if I do a status station xxxx, they message indicator is blank, but when you call into vm, she will have vm's. I have sent her several vm's.

    ok...The phoneset type is 8110 and they have a coverage path going to the vm hunt group. The message indicator light is set to led and the message lamp extension is set to the same extension.

    We have a definity g3si and intuity audix. Some phone extensions vm indicator will light up when they have messages(vm's) and some phones extensions will not light. Please help.
