Hi, have loaded Winspm 8 on 2000pro and on XP - have no trouble doing the direct connection at the machine port - however it will not work remotely. I hope someone can help us all with this. I contacted Avaya and was told it works on his so should be no problem.

Get a busy signal but other end is not busy - not a fast busy. Checking to be sure Centrex allows out of group transfer. Tried with 9 and without. Caller get busy signal. Customer does not want to hear transfer tones. All responses are greatly appreciated. Thanks, Tom

Customer wants to have Auto Att dial an 800 # automatically when a certain selector code (ex = 1) is pushed. Has centrex. Dials out but call will not complete. Any ideas? Thanks

Turned out to be the processor and 1 bad phone

The HFAI caller can be heard, called party can not be heard. The HFAI lite is on. After several calls are made, one may work. Processor Rel 4 has been changed. Any suggestions?
