    FXO analog lines are the trunks. Yes internal is O.K. It is the calling party that is having the problem hearing. on out end we can here the caller but the caller hears static. I will check the lines and see if it is a telco issue. Steve

    O.K. Guy's i have run into a problem. The Avaya switch does not have QSIG turned on and I was informed we could not get it turned on because it is no longer supported. Is there another way or is it going to be a strait cut over? Thanks. Steve
