Hello all,
Ok here is the question is there a script or a program that will go through a list of printers check the queues and delete only one print job, if it has an error trying to print? Any help would be great
sounds like you have ap rogram in your startup folder that is missing the icon.img. Check your startup folders for any programs that might be causeing the problem. Do not forget to check the all users also
It may be a corrupt profile, try and just recreate the users profile.
1. login as local admin.
2. rename the bad profile to somthing
3. log in as that user again, profile recreate
4. move needed folders only desktop, favorites, documents so forth
Should be ok
I believe what you are talking about is the exchange archive logs. Once you have backed up the database using Microsoft backup or other software, it will delete these log files. for the space to be reused by other applications or exchange itself
did you have the User close outlook one time and then re-enter. Sometimes It helps when making those types of changes. also you may look into refreshing the policy for the user.
If you do a right click on the start button then go to properties Start menu; Customize from there you can select what you want on start up ad what you do not want
just a quick question, if you unlock the server remotely. then open a txt file on the server and type does everything appear ok? just sounds like the keyboard port may be haveing problems might have to switch to a usb keyboard on the server.

or what you can do is run from the cmd line for...

For the messages queued up what are the details of them being delayed. [Host unreachable] or something like that. you might also check to the connections accepted by the server by doing a telnet port 25. what backup software are you using?
I will try to help you if I can
Depends on what damin structure you are using. If 2k or 2k3 with Exchange 2k or 2k3 with Active Directory. In Active Directory Users & Computers, right-click the user whom does not want to receive messages from, click the Exchange General tab, select the Delivery Restrictions button and under...
