    when trying to pull lots of records down over a network using a 56k modem it takes forever. Is there a better way of querying using crystal reports that will do the action on the server and send only the records needed down the line?

    hi, my situation is that i have to do a report of a whole bunch of calls logged over the course of a day and need to group them into regular shifts. i'd ideally like the parameter box for these shifts to be entered by the user because shift lengths can change. cheers
