    Thanks for the reply. I've already modified the target attendant for that mailbox, but I was hoping to find a way to prevent "starring" out. I need this individual to be "their own island" and I'd like to keep them on the Norstar Voice Mail. Thanks again.

    I'm using Norstar Voice Mail 4.0. I need to setup a new voicemail box but I must prevent callers from getting anywhere else - no operator, no other extension. How could I do this without affecting other voicemail boxes? Thanks.
