It is often difficult to assess if a post/answer is relevant to one's system, because many information are missing (version, PBX, recording type, ...). For example, a "NiceLog 8.1" connected to phones won't work the same way a "NiceLog + NiceCLS 8.8 through Avaya's DS1 link"...
I don't know. But since Etrali and Nice have a strong partnership, I guess that, if version 33 is not supported yet, it is going to be soon. (I haven't found anything on Etrali's website).
BTW, if 33 is a newest version of Etrali's PBX, then it is going to be supported from Nice's version 8.8...

In the client-server version on NiceUniverse, I agree the NiceUniverse client can indeed select which CLS it needs to connect to, using the ODBC DSN source in the log-in window.
But I can't see how the web-based NiceUniverse client can select which CLS the NiceUniverse "server...
NiceUniverse uses NiceCLS' database, so I guess one NiceUniverse cannot work with multiple (independent) NiceCLS.
Now, I don't think it is possible to have more than one NiceUniverse running on the same web server.
So my guess is that you will need one web server per site (unless, of course...
Are you using a complete NiceUniverse solution (NiceLog + NiceCLS + NiceScreen + NiceUniverse) or are you using NiceAdvantage (the "all-in-one-box" limited version of NiceUniverse, using E1/T1 dedicated recording link like DS1 for Avaya).

I don't know that message, but have you checked the VPN configuration? Perhaps the VPN (or perhaps a firewall, if any) does not allow the screen recording data to get through.
I think the IP ports used are 2101, 2102, 2201 and 2202, for UDP (not sure about TCP).

In case NICE Query had been installed on the PC while logged as Administrator, have you tried reinstalling it when logged as the normal NT user?
BTW, about the Administrator login and the normal user login, are they both local accounts of your NT Workstation?

Sorry, I got confused between Nice logins and NT logins.
From what I understand, if you log in on NT as Administrator and run Nice Query with a Nice login, it works, and if you log in on NT as another user and use the same Nice login in Nice Query, you cannot play back the call over the LAN...

In Nice Administrator, when you select the "normal user" you would like to use, check in the Privileges tab that you have the right access (ex: In Applications->Query, make sure it has a right to play a call; And check also the channels).

When handling a call, the CVIS (7.0) is setting the UUI with personal data. Then a route request is sent to Cisco's ICM, but it looks like the ICM is using another encoding format and so can not get the correct UUI.
