yes that I can do. I logged in as admin, Added a group called Test Users to the local Administrators group and then I login normally. But again when I disconnect the cable and login the Test Users do not have local admin access.. very weird !

where does your database sit on ? access SQL ? I got the same issue as when I did and upgrade of the SQL server to a service pack after that the IMA would not start up ! If that is not the case try removing the LHC from the machine and run at a CMD: dsmaint recreatelhc try to starts the IMA then
