Ok, I got it working. I had extra explorer.exe in my c:\ ,I deleted that. I copy explorer.exe from other system and replaced to c:\winnt to this trouble system and run it once in dialog box. That made it working finally. Thanks for all helpfull hints!

There is no beeps, but because that motherboard "can talk" errors, instead I got beeps, I get recorded message what is the problem. That motherboard gives recorded message also when booting is ok... like ... and now system booting to the operating system.

Yes, it is still happening sometimes, around 1 time of 10 normal booting. I have seen if i doing any hardware changes, example unplug ang plug keyboard it always going to bios first, but even if you dont change anything it stops to bios around every tenth time when you booting.
