I have an Access XP application with a master table and related records in a subtable.
How can I filter wich records in my master table have no subrecords in the subtable.
The tables are linked with an ID field in the master table.
Thanks,

Herman,
I tried a while yesterday and I found a solution as follows :
1. Create a blanc database in Access 2002
2. Import all tables, queries, forms, ... from the database file in Access 97
3. The database is ready to use in Access 2002 with all your data, relations, VBA code, ... You only...
We just changed over from Access 97 to 2002. When I try to open a database I used in 97, I get the following message :
The current user account doesn't have permission to convert or enable database.
To convert or enable a database, ensure the following:
*You must join the workgroup that...
Yust save your Word document as a .txt file (File - Save as, change in the pull down 'Save as type' to Text Only (*.txt))
Open in Excel this .txt file. A wizard will guide you with this import.

I'm trying to insert a formula in my Excel 97 worksheet through a VBA script. I want to insert a formula wich contains the IF statement but I get an error message. How can I solve this ? My code is as follows :
Range("E2").Formula = "=IF(AND(D2<0;D1>=0);1;99)"...
OK Zathras, that works also fine, but I would like to automate this with a macro or something because I have about 35 worksheets with pressure data in it which have to be analysed as described before.
I can create al the worksheets with the formulas in it from your first solution and than insert...
Zathras solution works, THX !
What I want to do now is to generate a summary table wich tells me when the pressure went below 0 and for how long like Geoff suggests. But how??
Bert.
I have a range of data in my Excel 97 spreadsheet existing of a column with dates and time and a second column with pressure values. This data has to be analysed on when it passes zero.
What I have to do is to count every time the pressure value comes below zero and how long it takes to rise...
TNX Kyle,
It works. I still had to change some small things in your syntax : RecordsetClone in stead of RecordselClone
acNewRec in stead of acNewRecord
but those things were easy to fix.
With this few lines I could even trow away a lot of other code I wrote to close the form and then...
Just a remark wich is not realy about your problem but wich can simplify the reading of your code.
Try using this code
Select Case strCriteria
Case "January"
' code
Case "February"
' code
...
Case Else
MsgBox "Incorrect month format has been entered", ...
Hello,

Here's my problem :
When I want to open the second form, i do it with this code line :
