Hello, The problem is with the parenthesis. It should be the following way AND (MF_ACTG_PERD.FISC_MNTH <= '07' AND MF_ACTG_PERD.FISC_YEAR = '2002') OR (MF_ACTG_PERD.FISC_YEAR < '2002') Try out it....This should resolve your problem. Ajit
