Hello Everyone,
I couldn't get it to be stable and function properly, so I ended up putting them in a Tab Control, with each Subform on a different tab.
Thank you to all who tried to help.

OK, let me 'splain it as much as possible.
The main form is called "Scheduler Input" and there are about ten of them, one for each department. There's one department with four sub-departments, and it is with this part I'm working on.
The Scheduler Input shows the list of students by name and...
Thanks LaurieHamlin and softhemc, I'll try it.
Though do I understand the premise correctly that I load all four Subforms into the Detail section as the final form, but have them as Visible=false ?
The reason why I'm asking is, it normally take about 1-2 minutes to load the form with a single...
Greetings,
I'm a newby so this might be a silly question but...
I have four forms that have a lot of combo boxes in them that are complex.
I would like to create a form with an Option button and would like to have the Subform in the detail section change according to the Option selection...
Greetings all,
I have a report that my docs want. but it takes from many feilds to create each line. Some of the med listed have repeat words in them. Is there a way to filter or remove the repeated words?
I'm working in Access 2003.
The string of meds goes together like this:
[Med Name]&"...
PHV, You Rock.
You're right on with less script and it works great.
Got a few glitches like "Pm" or "Patient'S", but I can Live with that.
After more than 16 hrs of reading and searching it is over!
Thank you, thank you, thank you.

No, the symbols can not be changed or replaced, just the uppercase and lowercase. Meaning if I change it to remove anything and the orders are printed that changes the order (very bad).
I found a script that may help but I don't know how to impliment it. And how do you target only two feilds in...
To SkipVought, I need the programming script to have ProperCase not recognize or ignore the extra symbols.
To JoeAtWork, Yes ProperCase causes the first letter of each word to be uppercase and the rest of the word to be lowercase. It also recognizes the spaces as the break for the next word...
Hi,
I'm a newbie or a want-ta-be, so please forgive my lack of understanding.
I have an MS Access 2003 database that copies and compiles tables from different databases every morning. One of the tables that is re-created each morning has BAD data entry (that will not be changing any time soon)...
Greetings All,
I have a need to have Assess 03 automatically create or populate the first initials from a consumers names (i.e. John E. Doe = JOD) Is this possible?
And where would I insert the code?

I'm using MS2000 Access. I've got a report that has lately stopped allowing me to publish it in word. The error message says: "New Clients can't save the output data to the file you've selected"
It doesn't matter if the file previously saved is deleted or not. It won't let me transfer it to...
I inhereted a customer who has a problem I can't solve.
The person who made an address book in Excel quit, and some how the "Page break" preview is greyed out and blocked.
Is there an easy way to fix it cause sometimes it prints 2 names to a page.
Greetings!
The easiest way I can think of is to run your form off a Query.
Create a new query based on the table desired and in the different fields place in the first Criteria row "Is Null" go down one line and over one field and place in "Is Null" go down one and over one...
Thanks,
But unfotunately my boss doesn't like too many new things. Hence the reason I wanted to use something she is familar with - the Find Box - Cause we add new clients on a daily basis, and have to use find to make sure no one else has already entered them in, then enter the new person...
Hi guys, I'm a relative newby to programing and here's my situation.
I'm trying to idiot proof my '97 MS Access file, which is a multi user database I created at work, and I need to program in a predetermined search perimeters on a command button.
In my main data entry form, I've put a Find...
It may be that it is a start-up command to disable that part of the controls. If so, you can by pass these commands by holding down the F11 key when you open the file.
If this doesn't by pass it, go to the file in it's folder, highlight it, hold down Shift, then press Enter.
You should be...
