    Unable to connect to the internet through dial-up

    I am able to connect to my server, but unable to surf the web. Does anybody have any ideas of what can be going wrong. Also my TCP/IP setting are correct. And it's on a Windows 2000 Prof. machine.

    I'm using a laptop and I'm getting onto the web. It is not a DNS error, but I'm getting the error Cannot find server or DNS error when I try to logon to the citrix server.

    Well removing IE didn't help the problem either, but thank you very much. I guess it is deeper than IE, but the problem only occurs in IE.

    Outlook 2000 dimmed out problem

    I'm using outlook 2000 and all of the sudden when I am creating new message my icons are slowly becoming grayed out. First it was my font icon ( numbers ) that was gray out and now it is moving in. Now it is my ( lettering )arial and so on and is moving more right. They were never grayed out...
