For a successful CUCM & CCE implementation are there any special requirements regarding AD?
Does it have to be configured in a Cisco-specific way, or can the new kit be added into an existing AD OU?

Do Avaya have a ICM-similar product that will allow the management, routing and skill-based delivery of calls centrally to remote call centres.
From memory I believe that this is a normal internal function, but I may be wrong and an additional overlay of Cisco's ICM may be required...
Currently my company has many locations and various PBX manufacturers with ICM being used to distribute call flows as needed.
However, we are going to be moving across to Avaya over all locations within the next year or so.
My question is, do we still need ICM, or can we expire this technology...
