I need a utility (free hopfully) that will quickly and acurately indicate storage space currently being used on a number of servers on WAN. This is needed yesterday of course. Help of any kind will be greatly appriciated.
Thank you in advance.

Anyone know a good way to copy and apply Widows XP Pro settings that are normally profile specific? For example, the settings such as “hide inactive icons”, disable
"personalized menus”, as well as certain folder settings, etc.? In the process of applying a master image to a number of new...
Richard, thanks for the response. The phones do support active sync, however, they have been set up to sync directly with Exchange and any unfiltered Activesync updates will cause multiple entries. To be safe, we ask them not to use it. Another challenge that has come about is, the user does not...
Hi All,
Would anyone happen to know a way to share a calendar in Exchange 2003/Outlook 2k, within these parameters?
One person is an employee with an exiting, Outlook mail profile,
One to three other people are not employees – have, or can get internet mail accts,
Able to sync/update the...
I have run filemon already and did not see anything out of the ordinary. I will try ntregmon next, although I don't pretend to understand all that is going on, on a busy terminal server. If you have any suggestions on what to look for, I would like to hear them.

We have Terminal Server/Remote Desktop set up on two load balanced Server 2003 servers. Just recently, we started experiencing a problem where the client computers cannot right click on any file without hanging. It also hangs when we highlight a file and try to click anything on the menu bar...
Just within the last week or so, some or our e-mail users are starting to report that new messages cannot be seen until they click out of the inbox to anywhere else, (i.e. calendar, contacts, etc), and back to the inbox, before their new messages appear. We are using Exchange 2k/Outlook 2k...
Recently, many of our servers have been plagued with popup windows that start other popups when you attempt to close them. The CPU is also pinned at 100%. The common denominator seems to be a file called MSPTMF32.com. We will have sometimes up to eight of these showing in the task manager on our...
Thanks to all who replied so quickly, however, now I realize I do not have the 110% of free disk space I need to run the defrag. Is there a way to send the temporary defragged file to another server on the same subnet and bring it back over after moving the original off somewhere else to free up...
One of our salespeople retrieves e-mail remotely, through a cable modem/VPN connection from home to our mail server. The mail server runs Exchange 2k and he uses Outlook 2k, on a Dell laptop. The problem comes about when he tries to access his personal folders, (PST), that resides on a file...
Laurie, no need to apologize. I appreciate your efforts. (You're the only one willing to help so far). I agree that it seems like some kind of connection problem, however, it's odd the other hundred or so remote users never report having to "re-boot" an Outlook client for any reason...
Laurie, thank you for your response, however, I may not have been clear about the "re-boot" part. The user does not have to re-start the computer to get it to work, he closes and re-opens his Outlook mail client. I had originally thought it was a mail server connection problem, but...
We are having a problem with Outlook 2K using the preview pane. Users will sometime get a grayed out preview pane and a message that says: "This item contains active content that cannot be displayed in the preview pane. Open the item to read its contents." When the user attempts to...
