This would be for an external HD/USB setup like "DotNetter's".

You could also have them go to the Norton/Symantec site, www.symantec.com/securitycheck/ site, and have Symantec check their system out (free for a home user) to determine what they might have. They should be patient as the scan could take some time. Well worth it to find out.

I forgot to mention that the Antivirus software
(MacAfee & Norton/Symantec) do NOT protect you
when you view online mail, like Hotmail & Yahoo.
You do NOT want to be curious about viewing/reading
a message which you may be unsure of the source!

On the "Home page" of your ISP, there is usually a Tab called Account Center (or something similar) which you have to enter with your Email address & your Password. Once your "in", there should be another Tab which refers to Web Mail (something like that). Hopefully...
