If you can get your hands on a 2K recovery disk that would be the easest way if not you need to boot up in a dos mode and change the regeristy password.- flyboy310d

printer security
If you go into control panel and right click on printer look in the security tab and make sure you have alowed everyone to use that printer. Hope that helps- flyboy310d
