    Thanks, Carl. I suspected the Terminal Services licensing as well, but wouldn't that affect all the users, and not just shadowing? Besides, shadowing has always worked; I haven't changed anything that I know of that would have caused this. I cannot shadow from any client.

    Brick level restore

    If I'm not mistaken, I believe the only way you can do a "brick-level" backup/restore of Exchange is to use a 3rd party backup package such as Veritas' Backup Exec. (That's what I've used for about 5 years now, and it works great!)

    Server rebooting every day un-intentionally

    I have to agree with CitrixEngineer about a printer driver being the problem. Anytime my Citrix server has crashed, it has always been a printer driver causing it. As far as the partition problem: I think that's a separate issue, but one that you will have to deal with as well.
