Scott,
Thanks for your reply. I've been so busy lately, I forgot to come back and check for any more replies.
I already tried everything you suggested; I even relicensed the server. I'm just out of ideas.
Any other Citrix gurus out there?
Thanks, Carl.
I suspected the Terminal Services licensing as well, but wouldn't that affect all the users, and not just shadowing?
Besides, shadowing has always worked; I haven't changed anything that I know of that would have caused this.
I cannot shadow from any client.
I am at a loss as to how to fix this, so I'm hoping someone out there can help me. I have one Citrix Metaframe 1.8 server. It has been in place for about 5 years now. Two years ago, I upgraded it to Windows 2000. I believe I have all the latest hotfixes installed.
I have never had any...
Can anyone tell me if it's possible to move my Exchange 2000 Information Store? I have run out of space on the drive that hosts my Exchange server. Today I installed a new drive in the Exchange server with the intent of using that for the Information store, however, I'm not sure how to do it...
If I'm not mistaken, I believe the only way you can do a "brick-level" backup/restore of Exchange is to use a 3rd party backup package such as Veritas' Backup Exec. (That's what I've used for about 5 years now, and it works great!)
I'm not real sure how to do it myself, but I know where you can probably get an answer.
Check out: www.isaserver.org. It's a great resource! I used it to setup my ISA server. It's managed by Tom Schindler and he does a great job. If you don't find your answer on the website, he will usually...
Most USB printers are supported by Citrix. However, the LJ1000 is not one of them. Check the following link to see which printers are supported.

If that link doesn't work for you, go to hp.com. Follow the links to...
I'm getting the feeling that this is a fairly common problem, as I am also having the same problem. All of my remote users are either on ADSL or ISDN. They tell me that they get "bounced" from the Citrix server at various times for no apparent reason.
Has anyone else out there...
The updated printer drivers should have solved your problem. Try using a plain HP Laserjet 4 driver. It is the most stable, and it solved my BSOD problems on our Citrix server. If that doesn't work, you may want to consider updating to Windows 2000 server. It supports more printers. I haven't...
I have to agree with CitrixEngineer about a printer driver being the problem. Anytime my Citrix server has crashed, it has always been a printer driver causing it. As far as the partition problem: I think that's a separate issue, but one that you will have to deal with as well.
Thanks, Dan. I tried your suggestion, but I'm still having the same problem. I have not installed Service Pack 2 as of yet; do you think that might help?
I'm having a problem with permissions on certain mailboxes on my Exchange server. When I try to check the permissions on certain mailboxes on the M: drive, I get a message that says: "The permissions on Calendar(Inbox, etc.) are incorrectly ordered, .... Press Ok to continue and sort the...
