Just a quick post - Veritas has announced that Backup Exec 7.3 has reached its end of life and they will stop supporting it as of March 2002. Consider upgrading.

Unable to attach to \\SERVERNAME\Microsoft Exchange Mailboxes
The device cannot be found
I am experienceing it too and also found similar issues at the Veritas KB but nothing that addresses this error.
