apologies, i searched for an excel forum and got this forum :) its excel \o/ to add the check boxes im using the control box toolbar and placing them in merged cells. My task is to replicate a paper form into a digital form in excel. Hope this helps, juree.

Im creating a form with about 40+ check boxes with the special effect as flat (as opposed to the sunken default) and compared to the rest of the document, the frame of the check box is quite thick. Is there anyway I can change this thickness?

figured it out. i had tried to input a combo box and as soon as that happens, you can no longer protect a document. Also the user only wants one entry so thats good news. Thanks!
