    Hey, when a website tried to open a new IE website (using javascript or just a normal link) the window opens but its always blank with nothing in the address bar Now i've tried everything but cant fix it so im thinking the only way to fix it would be to install IE again but i cant find anyway...

    why not try installing windows again (without formatting) that way you shouldnt lose anything
