    You can use either an ACD Queue or a CDN. If you use an ACD Queue setup NCFW to your VM number and it should fwd to your SDN

    I have done this in CCR and it does work. However, (Correct me if I'm wrong)I found it to be a pain because you have to change to users DN to a CDN and assign them a temp DN. This get's hairy for VM. If you don't mind I'd like to see your script you wrote in Symposium.

    Release 23 to Succession 3.0

    You got that right Nortel is going to stick it to you. It seems like they pricing this out like Novell Licences. I know in my region the distributors are saying when you goto Succesion 3.0 it will cost about $35 per user. I love Nortel but I think we're getting bent over on this one.
