Sorry, four more months have passed, and I just found this thread today.
It's the closest thing I can find to the problem I'm having, which is simply that I can't use my temporary table after bulk inserting into it. I get the following errors:
"
Server: Msg 207, Level 16, State 3, Procedure...
Hey, that worked! Thanks.
I had thought of that but I guess I gave up on it too soon. When I altered the stored proc I was no longer able to verify the database.
So what I did this time, instead of verifying the database, was to RE set the datasource location
I chose "Database/Set...
I cannot make either of the two methods I've found by searching this forum work.
I'm using Crystal Reports 9 and I want to delete one of the two parameters the report uses. It shows up in the field explorer as being referenced, and therefore impossible to delete.
I tried method 1:

I'm fairly new to SQL Server and haven't noticed any performance gains by using stored procedures. (I'm using version 7.0)

Oops!
I was copying the entire object, not just the formula text, because I was also intersted in copying the associated tool tip formula, and some conditional formatting as well.

I copy and paste them one at a time. After doing so, I want to select them all and apply...
I have a report that is grouped by customer, then product group. The detail section (i.e. products within a product group) is hidden.
I print the customer name in the group 1 header, then product group in the group 2 header, and summarized sales info is in the group 2 footer. This looks fine...
Nope, I should have mentioned that in my original post.
The field is small enough that setting Y to .04 won't put it past the bottom of the section, or even touching the bottom.
Since my first post I have been able to change the object position by zooming in to 400% and dragging it down a...
This question pertains to Crystal Reports 8 though I've had similar problems with 7.
I want some fields to be centered vertically within the section they're a part of. I know the exact size of the section because I changed the height of a field that was aligned with the top of the section...
