the only way to keep files and folders from doing that, that i can think of is to move them away from each other, or to just have shorter names for your files and folders.

it sounds as if the server is locking her out of the inbox. to fix this problem you might try checking the server settings for her in the profiles.<br>you may still have to reinstall or download a new browser and components.<br>let me know if you have figured out the problem.

you might try copying the hard drive. using a mirroring system. go to tigerdirect.com and try to find it there they may not have on there website but they do sell them for about 2Gs.

try using Add New Hardware option (in the control panel)instead of using the iomega CD to install the drivers, but first remove old drivers in device manager. if this does not work send me line.
