How does your config look like ? You don't specify enough info to figure the problem out ... What internet connection , port mappings , etc... ?

If you can ping the router once your vpn is established => add a route from your local pc to the remote network using router ip as gateway.

Install DNS on win 2k server, for it's "hints" point to DNS of provider. If you want to reserve some public IP adresses for mail server , webserver etc ... install routing en remote access on the 2k server en set it's IP as DG for your clients Phantas CCNA/CCDA

Technically it will work (we used this setup to test VPN in combination with Metaframe), but 56k is not much .... Upgrade to (Dual)ISDN , DSL or cable will be neccessary I think.

Check your access policies, if u use AD authentication , check the dial - up tab for your useraccount , even if the rule was deleted this stil needs to be done ... A bit more info would be usefull :-)

You can configure IAS as a RADIUS server , pretty easy btw ... This service can read usernames and permissons from the AD... read the help file and checklists (somethimes there really is valuable info in there :-) )
