    I'm still dealing with it. Something in the security with window 2000 is my guess. I manually un-installed OE, and thought I was onto something, but I was disappointed. I'm planning to address it with a virgin reload of both W2K and IE/Outlook.

    I tried to de-install / re-install according to procedure on MS tech site. Manual deinstallation was a pain, and after reinstallation, it still didn't work...
