It seems my SMS server was infected by NIMDA and the share permissions were removed. Once I restored these settings, everything returned to normal. Thanks for the help!

I am not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for. In the package, under Programs, edit one of the existing entries, and look under the Advanced Tab. The top section allows you to execute another package first.
