Are you running MAKEBT32 from an NT cd or Win2k cd? The Win2k cd should create Win2k boot disks. You should not need the cd until quite far into intallation. I just did this a week ago.
I have created a child domain and am trying to authorize the DHCP server. I get an access denied error while attempting this. I am able to activate the scope, but not authorize the server. This is a test network and I am logged on as enterprise admin.
