    your right the heat sync was hot, very hot. This customer was sharing an office , their system Comdail was already flat on the bookshelf. Sales people just don't listen to Tec's. Well it cost him a new CICS

    First item I"m a Tec. Moved a CICS 5 phones working. I had to lay KSU on a book shelf. no room to mount up right. came back after break and CICS going crazy making clicking noise and Green power light blinking on/off. What did i do wrong to cause it? or is it one of those thing that happens...

    Caller ID CICS with 6.1 software Caller ID log

    customer has 8 line's that appear on his phone. Only two lines ring. customer say's that the caller ID log would show just his two line's(that ring) Now all the call's show in his log. If a line appear's and does not ring (on his phone)it show's in his log. Feature *84 is set to unanswerd by me...

    CICS with 16 phone's need to add 2 more. Software is 30NFG15 NAT .Will this system go into default if i add the exp board.

    yes, the aux ringer would be the valcom unit. the cics provides a control contact to operate the unit. the valcom has AUX 1 N.O. and AUX 1 N.C. and the AUX 1 COMMON. i have tried all , and still not working

    i have a valcom v-9924b commom audible ringing unit hooked up to a CISC with 6.1 software. customer need's co ring over paging. i can run the paging through the unit OK, but not the ringing. I have the v/s s/v pair off the DN block and have tried all the ways to hooking it up to the valcom...

    UP GRADE TO PRI LINES IN TRUCK GROUP A ,CAN CALLOUT BY DAILING 9 , THEY HAD LINE POOL KEY ON THE PHONE'S TO CALLOUT POOL A FOR LOCAL AND POOL B FOR LONG. NOW THEY HAVE PRI POOL A FOR LOCAL AND A T-1 FOR LONG AND STILL WHAT TO PRESS A KEY.
