I'm with Berton on this. Just copy msconfig.exe from windows 98 and past it into your windows 95 system. It works perfectly on my screamin windows 95B equiped Thinkpad 701C.
Hey, I have started having this problem too. I control-alt-del everything but explorer sys tray and the 30+% CPU usage is still happening?

BarryM. Thanks for the tip. I have downloaded and installed the USB patch.
But the problem still exists.
I have the scanner connected to the printer port and the printer connected to the scanner.
I have no USB devices connected to my computer.
Thanks for the idea NoBrain. I have updated both the scanner and printer drivers. But this did not solve my problem.
