I had the same problem time ago.
Now my servers nic cards are setting as follow and works fine:
Windows NT Servers: Auto
Windows 2000 Servers: 100/Full
(Both sides, switch port and server nic)
I have Compaq Proliant servers, some with NT and some with 2000. I also have a Cisco 6509 Swith. I resolved my problem configuring speed 100 full on 2000 servers (both sides server and switch) and Auto on NT servers (both sides too).

ARCserve 2000 + Sp3
Exchange agent + Sp3 + qo06202.caz
NAV for exchange in MAPI Mode.

Thank You for your suggestions. I deleted the directory DR an then reinstall Disaster Recovery Option an reboot the server. Then I install SP3 but only to Disaster Recovery Option (Arcserve 2000 Advanced already had SP3), when finished reboot the server and now all is OK!!! I can run Boot Disk...
I installed Disaster Recovery Option for Arcserve 2000, reinstall SP3, but when I try to run Wizards\Create Boot Kit, generates this error: Disaster Recovery - Boot Disk Wizard is not installed!
My server is Compaq Proliant 6400R with Windows 2000 SP2.

---> Prune Activity Log Settings
