I went to network neighborhood, properties, Services tab, add, Windows Internet Name Service. Setup needs to copy some files (I'm using the win nt 4.0 server setup cd) I get a non critical error UNABLE TO OPEN WINS.EXE retry or exit

Hi, I was wondering if somebody could help me. I am having a problem with RAS clients NOT being able to see the network. We are only using TCP/IP. Per the RAS Admin tool, I am connected but I can NOT Browse the network. Also, the RAS Admin tool said that my user privilege level is guest - Why?

I solved my own problem by changing the "Permissions" on "SchedLog.Txt". The "Everyone Group" should be set to "Full control".
